Agreement

By using MapleFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. MapleFlow is operated by Latentium Labs Inc., a Canadian corporation.

The service

MapleFlow provides API access to AI models and utility endpoints. We route requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI, Cloudflare Workers AI) on your behalf through a unified interface.

Credits and billing

  • You purchase credits in packages ($10–$200). Credits do not expire.
  • Each API call consumes credits based on actual token usage. We estimate credits before the call and automatically refund any unused credits after.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds can be requested within 30 days by contacting [email protected].
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or credit checks
  • Resell API access without written permission
  • Generate content that violates AI provider acceptable use policies

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for downstream provider outages, response quality, or data loss. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Revoke compromised keys immediately from your dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized usage of your keys.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
